Fast forward 20 years – lightening struck twice. Toronto was indeed again very toxic x 500 and my doctor (s) kept pumping me with antibiotics to treat allergies that reacted to the drugs – creating more allergies and deadly anaphylaxis.

I have soul searched as to establish why did this happen to me? Sadly there is no definitive answer beyond that it could. I always try to be Safe, due to my past health issues again enforced on me by the Canadian Medical system circa 1987 onward. The damage done to me in Vancouver was considered a butcher job by all other Doctors around the world who saw the Xrays and tried to grasp why Canadian doctors would do this? I did ask them the same question and was told that the $5,000.00 fee to fix the dentistry that had gone septic – I could not afford. So it was decided that by all of them – to wait until I was near death from septicemia to operate and remove the bone and teeth. It now appears that Canada has a reputation for delinquency and Malpractice and now Malfeasance.
It cost over $100,000.00 to repair the damage to my jaw – and to fix the abdominal paralysis that occurred. That took place in Seoul Korea and started another battle to live. The reconstruction – hospitalizations in Seoul ran up to $100,000.00 paid for by millionaire Korean roommate – A philanthropist. The extraordinary thing was that we had just met a month before I collapsed. Was that serendipity? Later as I again had to fight for my health- the cow-bone that they used to reconstruct my jaw-had a unique genetic signature that was toxic it to me. It had bovine treponema in it. I was born with con genital treponema disease. My Portuguese parents were infected with it in Trinidad and the consequences took years to develop. With it came extraordinary sensitivity and manifestations of what has now be classified as a syndrome. So I had to be very careful all my life. Fast forward when I got attacked with Leptospirosis – Weil’s disease in Malaysia January 2017 – I went into shock and collapsed as per the disease and went blind – paralyze etc. With no medical help only my supplies of travel antibiotics – I just lived in that shadow world of severe infection – bed ridden – I slept for months – until I realized it was 2018.

In addressing this view, the first point to consider is the definition controversy of the term, ‘royal prerogative’ and its origin, then consider its nature, modern position and its significance within the UK Constitution, and finally, whether or not the royal prerogative is immune from scrutiny by the courts. Under the UK Constitution, all actions of government are undertaken in the name of the Crown. Historically, the term, ‘royal prerogative’ has been applied to those special rights and privileges, which the King had as a feudal lord. There are two schools of thought on the definition controversy of the term. Blackstone advanced the first ‘narrow’ or ‘restrictive’ interpretation. Blackstone defines the prerogative in his Commentaries as: …..that special pre-eminence which the King hath over and above all other persons, and out of the ordinary course of the common law, in right of his regal dignity
In some statutes, the prerogative power is expressly preserved, for example, the Immigration Act 1971, s33 (5).12 The prerogative is divided into that which is exercised by ministers (in the name of the Crown), the ‘political prerogative’ and that which is personal to the monarch, ‘personal prerogative’. While regal powers are exercised in the name of the Crown by the government of the day, the Crown nevertheless retains important residual power. Of these, the dissolution of Parliament and the appointment of Prime Minister are the most significant. ‘There still remains the prerogative notion that the Crown never dies and can do no wrong’13, thus placing the Queen outside the jurisdiction of the courts and guaranteeing immunity from prosecution in her own courts. The political prerogative is usually sub-classified into Executive, Judicial and Legislative prerogatives. The prerogative seems not to be subject to a satisfactory degree of accountability, either through Parliament or the courts. There have been a number of proposals for the reform of the royal prerogative by academics such as Professor Munro and Professor Brazier. Former Labour MP, Tony Benn campaigned for the abolition of the Royal Prerogative in the 1990’s, arguing that all governmental powers exercised on the advice of the Prime Minister and Cabinet should be subject to parliamentary scrutiny and require parliamentary approval. In conclusion, it is clear the view that the royal prerogative is immune from scrutiny by the courts, as the citation of the different types of prerogative powers and the reference to decided cases illustrate, is not quite accurate. However, saying that the royal prerogative is not immune from judicial scrutiny would be inaccurate, as the personal prerogative powers of the Queen is at least one element of the royal prerogative that supports the view above. It would be more accurate to say that royal prerogative powers within the UK are immune from judicial scrutiny to a certain extent, depending upon the nature of the power, not their source..etc.

I ran to the shore and they chased me into the extreme shallows – where i witnessed such aggressiveness, a behavior – the fish could see me – and was charging the shoreline. Unbelievable- I told the Hotel – all Malays – who said IT NEVER HAPPENED TO THEM. Therefore it was not important.
Then in Malaysia there are all these Rats – Rats in your Bed – Bedding that is rat infused and so dangerous. And there is no medical care offered. The hospitals – say – you will die – just go back to your country. Booking.com represents – these dangerous Hotels-condos. But you will never hear of this.

(3) So changing – the room was not going to work. In fact i offered to clean it as the staff – I have been in Malaysia for 2 years. Are lazy and useless – their moto – do less until u do nothing. Its a culture based on – a lack of everything. AND SO LAZY – THEY PUT A SPIN ON – LAZY – BUT ITS IN THE COUNTRY’S NAME – MAH LAZE HUH – So u are supporting this culture. And its LEGENDARY corruption. Pangsapuri ini adalah jumlah pangsapuri di bangunan muti-tingkat. tetapi terasa seperti kita orang-orang yang tinggal di sana semasa menginap 2 malam kami. Pintu angkat akan dibuka semula ketika ia ditutup – pasti tidak ada sesiapa pun di luar menekan butang itu. Sama seperti tinggal di sebuah bangunan yang sepi. Bagaimanapun, apartmen ini tidak bersedia apabila ketibaan kami. Pintu pintu, dapur dan lampu mandi tidak berfungsi. Terdapat warna yang jelas di atas cadar, sangat menjijikkan dan jelas mereka tidak mengubahnya untuk setiap pelanggan! Walaupun pintu & lampu dapur diganti di tempat kejadian. tetapi lembaran tempat tidur kami tunggu antara 9-12 pada keesokan harinya untuk disebut “pembantu rumah” untuk menggantikannya. Untuk lampu mandi akan digantikan oleh tuan rumah pangsapuri selepas pukul 3 petang keesokan harinya. Kedua-dua penggantian ini memerlukan kita berada di sana. Siapa yang akan menghabiskan berjam-jam menunggu perkara-perkara ini semasa percutian mereka. Oleh itu, kami menggunakan beberapa menara untuk menutup kunci katil. Orang jahat – tempat itu harus ditutup.

This apartment is amount apartments in a muti-storey building. but it feels like we are the people live there during our 2 nights stay. The lift doors will re-open while it is closing – surely there weren’t anybody outside the pressing the button. Just like living in a deserted building. Anyway, this apartment was not ready upon our arrival. Doorway, kitchen and the shower light is not working. There is a clear stained on the bed sheet, it is highly disgusting and it is clearly they have not change them for each customer! Although the doorway & kitchen light was replaced on the spot. but the bed sheet we have wait between 9-12 on the following morning for so called “housekeeper” to have it replaced. For the shower light will be replaced by the apartment host after 3pm the following day. Both these replacement requiring us to be there. Who would spending hours waiting for these things during their holiday. So we used some towers to cover the bed sheet. Nasty people – the place should be closed down.
